Out in the free world we now inhabit, dysfunctional companies are described in the following ways:

When one applies Admin Tech standardly to a dysfunctional company, one gets this amazing result:

As you can see, there is a vast increase in the amount of insanity and a distinct decrease in productivity and morale. Your results may vary. My personal observation while working for several WISE enterprises is that the second diagram may overstate the percentage of productive staff.

My 33 years of experience in the church of Scientology leads me to the conclusion that the second diagram accurately describes the state of the cult today.

Ohmigod is this ever brilliant! YES YES YES!!

This is a diagram of every WISE company that I have personal knowledge of. This needs to be a t-shirt, an ad published all over the internet and a Christmas card sent out to the entire WISE mailing list.

To be able to communicate so much truth in so little space and in so few words shows the depth of your understanding, David! LOL!

I don’t like the terms you use in the top diagram.

Losers is the word I don’t like. Not many are really losers. It shows an attitude from the person who drew it.

I have been called that myself. I think it should be redone to something else.

Fancy, it’s not good that you are still upset at being called a loser. I am willing to help you with that if you send me a private email.

This cartoon reflects the attitude of the artist and the reason some may find it objectionable is that it strikes home and reveals one’s emotional investment in keeping this memory suppressed.

This cartoon is used as an example of a dysfunctional organization by professionals all over the world because it captures the essence of an insane organization.

In a dysfunctional company, nobody is a winner. Those who stay on and suffer nobly while hoping for change to occur are not winners.

They are resolutely ignoring the sociopaths above them in the organization and are either clueless or losers like the Scientologists I know who are still on lines and sending their family members to Flag and the Freewinds in the hopes that they will get case gain.

It’s not going to happen. In a suppressive environment like Flag or the Ship, one can only get worse.
